This revamped version of FedMobile, the highly popular mobile banking application from Federal Bank, now offers even more user-friendly and advanced features compared to its predecessor. This ensures a richer and more pleasant experience for users. The app combines Mobile Banking, FedBook, and BHIM UPI into a single application, along with a variety of new features and services, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for all your banking needs.
Enriched with new banking and payment features, this version of the app is a complete package that allows users to access and manage their accounts anytime, anywhere. It enables users to undertake both banking and non-banking transactions.
Specific features include:
- Recharge & Bill Payments: The recharge and bill payment sections allow users to easily recharge their mobiles, DTH, Fastag, as well as make payments for various bills such as mobile, electricity, water, gas, and more.
- Transfer Funds Online: Users can make real-time online payments and funds transfers using payment methods like UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, etc.
- BHIM UPI: All UPI functionalities have been integrated into the app, giving users access to the full range of UPI services.
- FedBook: The bank's digital passbook app is now available as an exclusive feature in FedMobile. Users can access all their accounts and statements without the need to download FedBook separately.
- Investments: Users can now invest in Mutual Funds, Gold, and various deposit schemes offered by the bank. The "Help Me Decide" feature will guide users towards the most suitable investment option.
- Loans: A fully-featured loans module allows users to manage all their loan accounts, repay loan installments, apply for loans, and avail of loans instantly.
- Account Services: The account services menu in the sidebar allows users to manage various account features, such as transaction limits, PIN, VPA, biometric login, profile information, email IDs, nominee details, and the ability to block/unblock debit cards.
- Service Requests: Users can make a variety of service requests including Cheque Book requests, submission of 15G/H forms, and download TDS certificates.
- Merchant Services: The new merchant services section allows users to make bookings for cabs, buses, flights, and hotels.
- Help and Support: The unique help and support module in the account services menu provides assistance and allows users to raise tickets for any issues or queries related to the app's services.
